time and patience to grow. I will do my part to help
foster, nurture and Sheppard your audience while
keeping growth in mind!

My goal is to build meaningful relationships with
all players and to gain long-lasting supporters!

With my experience in project management, initiative planning, and
going above and beyond for our community-- I can confidently say that
the numbers speak for themselves!

Check out some neat data I pulled from when I was in the trial period to
become an intermediate community manager and how I surpassed my expectations and eventually was promoted to Senior Community Lead.

I heavily focused on community-building activities such as live Q&A,
live streaming, giveaways, events and so much more!

unique visitors, post impressions, new fans, and more!

Community is all about the people, and we live in a world where
communication is the key to interpretation, education, and connection.

I have experience in writing patch notes, copy, rules/guidelines, announcements, and of course, any player-facing communication. I understand that words are powerful, and as a brand ambassador, I will always remain patient, professional, and empathetic at all times when communicating anything to our supporters.

Acting as a messenger of feedback, suggestions, and critical concerns, I will always keep the brand's best interest when talking with players but internally, I will be the player's advocate. I would identify, confirm and suggest ways to use this data to better our player experience.

It doesn't stop there. As your community manager, I pledge to educate and lead our community to promote a healthy relationship between our brand and the players. I promise to remain proactive to our players while also keeping the brand's image in mind!

Being a player advocate is fostering a community that is inclusive to all. Promoting a safe and encouraging environment will always be the goal

for every community I help build.

 

As a representative of your brand, I will always strive to create a community
filled with diversity and inclusion regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, economic status, and other diverse backgrounds.

Creativity plays a huge part in my passion! Not only as a Community manager but as an individual. For example, the graphics you see on this website were either created by me or built by me.

I highlight creativity in my interesting resume because I am always
looking for new ways to award our player base. Whether that means
that I create fan art of our fans, play games with our fans, or simply talk
to our fans to build a one-on-one relationship, I want to ensure that all players are heard and appreciated. ​
